Download
Grab the latest .dmg below (~2 MB, plus optional language models you choose).

Install
Open the .dmg and drag AddSub into Applications. First launch may ask to install the audio loopback driver.

Play anything
Start any video, stream, or call. AddSub taps the audio, transcribes and translates live, and floats subtitles above your screen.

Your 7-day trial
The full app runs free for 7 days from first launch. After that, activate a one-time license — no subscription.
System requirements
- Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer). AddSub uses the Neural Engine for fast, low-power transcription and translation.
- macOS 26 or later.
- Optional language models are downloaded on first use (tiny = 16 MB → large = ~3 GB). You pick what you need.
- Microphone permission (one-time) for the audio capture device. Used only locally.
